Save Mount Diablo currently offers environmental education to middle, high school, and college students. The new fund will enable Save Mount Diablo to introduce educational trips for students in Grades 3-5 and diversify the population served. It will support teacher and docent training, develop interpretive signage and learning stations for the Mangini Ranch Educational Preserve, and facilitate curriculum development for public visits and school programs at the site.
